Training & orienting workers

In NSW there are specific laws about the information, training and instruction that you must provide your workers to help them remain healthy and safe in the workplace.

As their employer, you’re responsible for ensuring they are properly trained and instructed on how to do their work safely.

Workers need to have training and instruction about the work, the risks, and the measures in place to control risks. The information must be easy to understand.
