How we collect information, the purpose for which the information is collected, how the information is used and to whom, if anyone, the information is disclosed.
Recent amendments to the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2017 provide that the regulator must keep a register of certain work health and safety (WHS) licences and general construction induction training cards. This will enable a person engaging a worker to confirm that a WHS licence is valid. Easy online verification of licences will also improve business efficiency, workplace safety and consumer protection.
