Statutory reporting

The Commissioner’s Report is now a legislative requirement for SafeWork NSW to ensure transparency and accountability.

This is the first 6-monthly report under new requirements introduced when SafeWork NSW became a standalone WHS regulator on 1 July 2025.

The report provides an evidence-based view of workplace health and safety in NSW.
