SafeWork licence register – privacy collection notice
The Work Health and Safety Regulation 2025 provides that the regulator must keep a register of certain work health and safety (WHS) licences and general construction induction training cards. This will enable a person engaging a worker to confirm that a WHS licence is valid. Easy online verification of licences will also improve business efficiency, workplace safety and consumer protection.
