Quad bike and side-by-side vehicle safe use toolkit

The toolkit is a free guide for farm owners/managers and farm workers/vehicle operators to ensure the safe use of quad bikes and side-by-side vehicles (SSVs). It also includes safety information on farm motorbikes and utes/4WDs.

SafeWork NSW, an agency within the Department of Customer Service, gives priority to protecting the privacy of your personal information. We do this by handling personal information in a responsible manner and in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (PPIP Act).

The personal information you provide during the registration process to request a Quad bike and side-by-side vehicle safe use toolkit will be collected by SafeWork NSW for the purposes of providing you access to the Quad bike and side-by-side vehicle safe use toolkit only.

This is a voluntary registration to access the Quad bike and side-by-side vehicle safe use toolkit. You are not required by law to provide SafeWork NSW with your personal information. However, if you do not provide all the information requested during this registration process then we may be unable to send you the Quad bike and side-by-side vehicle safe use toolkit.

Except as provided for above, SafeWork NSW will not disclose your personal information unless you have given your consent, or unless SafeWork NSW is authorised or permitted to do so by law. Our Privacy Statement describes when this may occur.
