Before you pay
Before you pay online, you must apply for your licence or registration, or fill out a form. To find out more about how to apply or notify us, go to:
What you need to know about fees
Fees are adjusted annually in line with the consumer price index.
Applications lodged electronically a discount applies.
Where SafeWork NSW refuses or withdraws an application under $300, no refund is payable due to the time it takes to assess each application. Where the fee is $300 or more, $300 of the fee is retained and the balance may be refunded (except applications for high risk work assessor accreditation, where a refund is payable according to the accreditation policy). You can apply for a review.
