We repair machines at demolition sites where licensed work has commenced. Do our workers need to be trained?
It depends:
- No training needed - If a supervisor stays with the worker the whole time while they fix the machine in the licensed demolition area.
- No training needed - If the machine is moved outside the licensed demolition area before being repaired.
- Training required - If the worker stays in the licensed demolition area without a supervisor, they must be trained.
