I’m attending the online advisory workshop and am having technology issues
If you cannot see the chat feature, try logging out and then back in.
If you cannot see or hear the presentation:
- turn off your camera
- try a different browser (Chrome or Edge may be more reliable)
- if using Chrome, click the presentation link on the screen next to the list of users
- try using your phone (if using laptop) or laptop (if using phone).
If you cannot hear audio during the meeting:
- Select the dropdown arrow next to Mic for other audio settings
- If the Speaker option highlighted is incorrect, select the correct speaker. Audio changes made during a meeting will take effect immediately.
- If your speaker is not listed, try looking under More audio settings.
Alternatively, you can try and join the meeting by copying the link that was emailed to you and pasting it in your browser.
Unfortunately, we cannot assist with technology issues at your end
