Where do I submit my application form?

Applications must be submitted to the NSW Farmers by 14 July 2023.

There are four ways you can submit your application form to NSW Farmers Association:

  1. Submit an online form on the NSW Farmers Association website
  2. Fill out the PDF form and email it to qbsip@nswfarmers.org.au

Fill out the PDF form and mail your form to:

Remember to attach your tax invoices, any eligible interaction certificates or required statutory declarations to your application form.
