Quad bike safety advertising research terms and conditions

SafeWork NSW is conducting market research to better understand how to best advertise quad bike safety. The survey will help SafeWork NSW:

  • improve quad bike vehicle safety on farms
  • communicate important safety information to both you and the NSW farming community.

Participants are invited to complete a survey and are offered the chance to enter a draw to win 1 of 6 $100 Visa gift cards. The terms and conditions are:

  • The draw is run by SafeWork NSW.
  • To enter the draw, the participant must have completed the survey.
  • Each person can enter the draw once only.
  • No entries into the draw will be accepted after 27 September 2021.
  • Six winners will be drawn randomly by SafeWork NSW on 28 September 2021.
  • SafeWork NSW will contact the six winners by email or mobile by SafeWork NSW within 7 days of the draw. SafeWork NSW will contact winners using the details provided.
  • The Visa gift cards cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
  • SafeWork NSW may conduct a redraw if despite reasonable effort the winner is uncontactable or does not claim the prize within two (2) weeks after the original draw.
  • SafeWork NSW will not take responsibility for Visa gift cards damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected by mail.
  • Entry into the draw is provided for completing the survey and is not in any way connected to the information you have provided in the survey.
  • Those who perform work for SafeWork NSW or the Department of Customer Service, or NSW Farmers' Association, are prohibited to enter the draw.
