SafeWork NSW is hosting a free two-day Summit, Partnering for Prevention: Industry Sexual Harassment Summit, on 23–24 June 2026 in Dubbo.
The Summit will look at workplace sexual harassment as an important work health and safety issue, and how it impacts workers’ wellbeing, participation, and organisational performance.
Day 1 (23 June) will focus on the Health Care and Social Assistance (HCSA) sector, across hospitals, disability support and aged care services.
Day 2 (24 June) will focus on the Hospitality and Retail sectors.
This free event will bring together a range of perspectives from workers, employers, management, leadership, and union representatives to:
- hear the latest research and insights
- explore the unique challenges facing your sector
- collaboratively develop practical solutions to prevent workplace sexual harassment
This Summit is designed for individuals who can actively contribute to the co-design process and influence outcomes. This may include those who:
- influence workplace practices, policies, or culture
