Hierarchy of high risk work licensing

Some high risk work (HRW) licences allow operators or perform work covered by licences of another class. This means that a person qualified in a higher class of licence can also operate the classes below that  class.  

The below tables outline the hierarchy of these licences.

If you hold a HRW licence listed in the top row, you are authorised for the classes listed in the columns direct below.
