Free manual tasks workshops
PErforM (Participative Ergonomics for Manual Tasks) is a simple program which helps to identify the risks of hazardous manual tasks.
Hazardous manual tasks are tasks that involve forceful exertions, awkward and sustained postures, long duration, repetition and vibration.
PErforM is an internationally recommended approach for reducing musculoskeletal disorders – more commonly known as sprains and strains.
