Mentoring program

Mentoring involves large businesses helping a small business to identify new ways to address safety.

It gives your small business access to expert advice and assistance from a large business that understands your work health and safety challenges and can suggest innovative solutions to everyday problems. You can also access our $500 safety rebate.

If you are from a medium or large organisation and keen to share your knowledge and expertise, you will get a lot from being a mentor including some free publicity and the opportunity to network with like minded professionals.

Together, you participate in one on one discussions and onsite visits, plus we offer free advisory and educational sessions covering a variety of work health safety and injury management topics. The program runs for around six months and you can decide the time commitment so it fits around your work schedules.

Listen to the experiences of people in previous years in our short video and look at our mentoring photo book which showcases the achievements from our 2012-13 program.

You can apply now to be become part of the 2016 Mentor Program using one of our simple online forms: one for mentors and one for mentees.
