Mentoring program

Mentoring involves an experienced business helping a small business to identify new ways to address safety.

Learn more about the benefits realised by our recent mentors and mentees in our new mentor e-book. It’s a great insight into how your small business could benefit from participating in our mentor program.

Some of the benefits include access to free advice and assistance from someone who understands your work health and safety challenges and can suggest innovative solutions to everyday problems. You may also be eligible to apply for our $500 safety rebate.

If you are an experienced business professional with expertise in workplace health and safety and/or injury management, becoming a mentor will enhance your leadership skills and provide an opportunity to network with like-minded professionals.

The program runs for three to six months and you can decide the time commitment so it fits around your work schedules.  For more information, view or print a copy of our mentor program brochure.

How to apply

Applications are now open for our 2016/17 Mentor Program, which we anticipate will commence in early 2017.

Places are limited, so we encourage you to apply ASAP by using our simple online application form.
